Asus ROG Raikiri Pro controller adds 1.3″ OLED display

Asus introduced the ROG Raikiri Pro controller at CES 2023, a licensed Xbox controller for Xbox consoles and PCs that integrates a 1.3-inch OLED display able to show custom animations and system information such as battery level and microphone status.

Display provides on-controller information and customization

The small OLED can present a variety of content directly on the controller: animated wallpapers or text, battery and charging data, microphone mute status, Bluetooth pairing information, and options to switch game profiles. Users can also change profiles from the display itself.

Raikiri Pro supports multiple user profiles that let players remap buttons, adjust analog stick sensitivity and tune trigger response. The controller also includes four programmable rear buttons for additional inputs.

Connectivity options are threefold: Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz RF, or a wired USB-C connection. The device includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a dedicated mute button for audio.

Availability

Asus did not announce a price for the ROG Raikiri Pro. The company said it expects to begin selling the controller in the first half of 2023.
