PlayStation announced the Pulse Elevate, a new pair of wireless desktop speakers designed for PS5, PC, and Mac setups, set to reach the market in 2026. The company says the speakers deliver realistic sound with ultra-low latency and lossless connectivity; pricing has not been disclosed.
Design and connectivity
Pulse Elevate adapts to a desk-based gaming setup and can be controlled with a PlayStation Portal remote or a smartphone. The speakers support Bluetooth so users can simultaneously receive game audio through a device connected via PlayStation Link and play music or voice chat through a separate Bluetooth-enabled device.
The system will also include an adapter compatible with USB-C ports to broaden device compatibility.

Audio technology and features
Each Pulse Elevate speaker uses studio-inspired planar magnetic drivers, which PlayStation says reproduce sound more faithfully so players hear audio as developers intended. On PS5 consoles, the drivers further enhance immersion in titles that support Tempest 3D AudioTech.
The speakers include integrated woofers to add low-frequency depth to the soundstage, aiming for a fuller desktop listening experience.

Voice input and customization
Pulse Elevate places a built-in microphone in the right speaker for voice chat. The microphone uses AI-enhanced noise rejection to detect and remove unwanted background sounds during conversations.
Speakers offer integrated volume controls and are designed for easy positioning in either horizontal or vertical orientations to suit different desk configurations.
How Pulse Elevate fits the existing lineup
The new speakers join PlayStation’s expanding audio accessories family alongside the Pulse Elite headset and Pulse Explore earphones. The Pulse Elite headset retails for US$150 (R$ 799), while the Pulse Explore earphones are priced at US$200 (R$ 1,600). Both products support Bluetooth and use planar magnetic drivers to reproduce game audio as intended by developers.
