ProbablyMonsters confirmed that Crimson Moon, an action RPG with both solo and cooperative play, will launch worldwide on September 1, 2026 for PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The standard edition will be priced at R$ 74,99 and the Deluxe Edition at R$ 112,49.
Premise: hybrid warriors defending a fallen city
In Crimson Moon players take on the role of the Nefilim, human-angel hybrids created to protect humanity. The campaign unfolds in Gildenarch, a city under siege where fighters must confront supernatural creatures in intense encounters.
Designed for solo progression and cooperative replayability
ProbablyMonsters says the game supports both single-player and co-op modes. Gameplay centers on replayable missions and character progression, blending melee combat with divine abilities and ongoing advancement systems.
Boss fights scored by metal musicians
The game’s original soundtrack is a highlighted feature. Composers Chris Wilson and Steve Pardo led a collaboration with notable metal artists to produce exclusive tracks for boss battles.
Contributors listed by the developer include HEALTH, Jared Dines, Misha Mansoor (Periphery), Ricky Armellino (Ice Nine Kills) and Oni. Four original tracks will accompany encounters with the three main bosses and the campaign’s final boss.
Deluxe Edition contents and post-launch plans
The Deluxe Edition bundles a Ceremonial Armor set, a weapon cosmetic called Axe of the Gods, and access to a future expansion for the game.
Availability and wishlist
Crimson Moon is already available to add to wishlists on Steam, the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S storefronts. The global release date is September 1, 2026.
