Rockstar announced Grand Theft Auto 6: The Album, an official soundtrack for GTA 6 that will be released on November 19, the same day the new game arrives. The compilation features 34 original tracks and will be issued in physical formats, while the game itself will be available only as a digital release.
Album details and collaborators
The soundtrack was produced in partnership with Atlantic Records and includes contributions from a diverse group of artists. Among the names confirmed are Keith Richards, Yung Lean, Morgan Wallen and Rauw Alejandro.
Rockstar said the collection contains 34 original songs created for the project, and the studio also confirmed the inclusion of licensed tracks from well-known artists to populate the game’s in-world radio stations, continuing a long-standing franchise tradition.
Six singles released ahead of album

Ahead of the full album release, Rockstar made six singles available for streaming. The initial tracks and their collaborators are:
- Yung Lean — “That’s It”, featuring Future and Metro Boomin;
- Travis Scott — “RHYNO”, produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo;
- CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Etienne de Crécy — “Sexy Magic”;
- Morgan Wallen — “Last Thing You Need”;
- Rauw Alejandro — “Macacoa 2000”;
- Keith Richards — “Bright Lights, Big City”.
Physical editions versus digital-only game
Although Rockstar will offer multiple physical editions of the soundtrack on CD and vinyl, the developer confirmed that GTA 6 itself will be sold exclusively in digital format. The company has not yet released a complete breakdown of the different CD and vinyl editions that will be offered in stores.
Irony for collectors
The decision creates an unusual situation for collectors: those who want a physical copy related to GTA 6 can purchase the soundtrack on disc or vinyl, but cannot buy a physical copy of the game to play from a disc or cartridge.
